Hot pot is a flavorful broth traditionally served inside a large metal pot. At A9 HOT POT our broth served inside a personal metal pot. The broth is brought to a boil and left simmering for duration of the meal. Raw ingredients, such as meat & vegetables, are placed into the simmering broth and thus cooked. The cooked pieces are dipped into dipping sauces for additional flavor. You can created your own personal sauces.

Korean barbecue is a popular method in Korean cuisine of grilling meat, (marinated or unmarinated meat such as beef, pork or chicken) and variety of vegetables at the table (we have smokeless grill built into the table). The cooked pieces are dipped into dipping sauces at your reference, wrapped in lettuce or eat with white rice and kimchi.
